I have a small bedroom that I turned into a workout room. I have a treadmill, and my Norditrak 221i bike, but I needed something to build muscle. I've had a Total Gym for years, and I enjoyed it, but it does take up a HUGE amount of room. With this smaller bedroom, it was just monopolizing the space. Then I heard about Hyfit Gear.
I wanted to add muscle. Why? Muscles burn calories, and when I saw the Hyfit video I saw where you can increase resistance (up to 120 lbs!). There are over 500 exercises (I need about six so I know I'm' good).

When I went to the gym, I had an app that I would put in my sets, my weights, etc. So every time I moved from one machine to the next, I had to stop, grab my phone out of my pocket, find the app, and enter the information. Now all my progress is sent via Bluetooth to my phone into the Hyfit app.
