Motivating!

I really enjoy this podcast. I subscribe to several and this is one of my favorites. I am finding it hard to find people to discuss my weight loss journey with and he helps me feel connected and movitivated. I am not as technologically inclinded as he is but I just skip the parts about that stuff. I look forward to hearing how he is doing and appriciate his honesty - it is not always easy for any of us and if he tried to make it sound simple, I would not listen. Keep up the good work and thank you!
