I'm up a bit since the last episode. I say back and took a long look, and I notice I'm missing that

When the scale goes down

We need that! It's that feeling that makes us, inspires us, to do all the right things over again. 

When I look a long look it is that WOW! when you step on the scale and your brain going "IT'S WORKING!!!" that really motivate us to keep doing what is working.
