PFAS In Your Water - Who Doesn't Want to Drink Teflon?
I was floored when I saw this report from John Oliver's Last Week Tonight on PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances).
CNN has reported that exposure to PFAS can result in liver damage, thyroid disease, decreased fertility, high cholesterol, obesity, hormone suppression, and cancer. It gets better. These are "Forever chemicals." Check out this report.
